  one wall in our living room needed wallpapering.... yes the wall had a window but surely it is not rocket science to paper around the frame and not make it look like a bloody jigsaw.. he had also put layer over layer of paper around the window. lines was very clear also very messy around sockets.. wallpaper had been hacked at with scissors and had not even been cut straight.. also the places where he had decided to overlap the paper the pattern didnt even match... we asked this so called painter and decorator to come back to the house .. not mentioning the reason and he replied straight away asking if we could keep any left over paper incase any of our issues involve removing work thats been done alreadt and that he would cover the cost of any rolls needed.. how ever my parter went back to the property today to find a tub of magnolia paint on the doorstep and a letter basically saying that he was not going to come back.. said that he should never of accepted the job in the first place due to the time it took to arrange the job.. sorry Mr Painter and decorator but you did go on holiday.. i would not recommend this so called decorator to anyone his work is an absolute disgrace and now we have got to find someone to strip the paper that he has put up and also pay for more paper plus another decorator to do a BETTER job
