  Currys Wrexham, Like most large retail businesses the bigger they get the more arrogant certain staff can be, I had to return an item Sunday that did not meet the description I was led to believe by the floor sales person, On returning it to upgrade it for a better product costing £359.00 extra to what I had already paid I was told by the young girl at the customer service desk they could not accept a return as I had plugged the product into the mains therefore it became a used product, I tried many time to explain that I had to plug it into the mains electric to discover it was not performing in the manner I had been led to believe but each time I started to explain she would talk over the top of me preventing me from having my say, It may well have been she was having a bad day, but that is no excuse for being arrogant and rude to a customer, The problem with these young girls behind the counter is that they do not stop and think, Here is a customer whom had in the last three weeks spent the best part of three thousand pounds and these customers are the people who put food on their table and help keep the wolf from the door. A bit of customer after care training would be a good thing as some do not appear to have had any, And it appears that the problem is growing as the big stores get bigger whilst the smaller retailers are pushed out of business.
